CANCELLATION POLICY:

24 hours or more notice is required if you wish to cancel.

Unfortunately, if you cancel at short notice within 24 hours, I reserve the right to charge you for the appointment. This is to prevent random no-shows, which can occur, I hope you understand.

In the event you are late for an appointment please note that the appointment may end at the scheduled time, depending on whether the next appointment is booked or not, the full appointment fee will be charged.
